Smoke - Free Texas Bill Dies  
Smoke-Free Texas joined Sen. Rodney Ellis and Rep. Myra Crownover and announced that the smoke-free bill will not pass this session. Many important successes were logged this session, but obstacles could not be overcome. Coalition members are now working to pass smoke-free ordinances in more Texas cities and return to the Capitol next session to press for a statewide law.
